Your art print does NOT include a frame. Your print will arrive in a tube. You have the choice to separately purchase any frame you choose for your print from any store. Please take note that the frame size you need to purchase will be the same size as the print you ordered. The Alaysia's Place watermark shown in the picture will NOT be included on the print.
SHIPPING: Getting your orders to you safely is a priority of ours. Please allow 7-10 business days to ship your order. (We normally ship out by the next business day whenever possible.)
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
We typically advise allowing up to 72 hours for the carrier to update their records. Don't be alarmed if the status says "Awaiting Package" or "Pre-Shipment Info Received" as this is normal.
Please allow 20 business days from the date of shipment for your package to update and be delivered before contacting support for a replacement. Delivery times have sometimes been slow since COVID.
INVALID ADDRESSES: Please make sure your address is correct- down to the apartment number. We are not responsible for orders returned/lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If an order is returned, there is a fee to reship.
If a package is returned to sender (us), we will send you an invoice to reship.
RETURNS: These items are non-refundable.
