USPS Priority Mail is an available shipping option. Please keep in mind that our processing time is still 7-10 business days, however once your order gets to the Post Office it is their goal to get your order to you in 1-2 days.

We typically advise allowing up to 72 hours for the carrier to update their records. Don't be alarmed if the status says "Awaiting Package" or "Pre-Shipment Info Received" as this is normal.

Please allow 20 business days from the date of shipment for your package to update and be delivered before contacting support for a replacement. USPS delivery times have sometimes been slow since COVID.

INVALID ADDRESSES: Please make sure your address is correct- down to the apartment number. We are not responsible for orders returned/lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If an order is returned, there is a fee to reship.

If a package is returned to sender (us), we will send you an invoice to reship.
