Shipping/ Returns

SHIPPING: Getting your orders to you safely is a priority of mine. Your order will be shipped out 7-10 business days of receiving it.

Please make sure your address is correct, down to the apartment number. I am not responsible for orders returned/lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If an order is returned, there is a fee to reship.

If you’ve been sent your tracking number and your package has gone missing or hasn’t been delivered, please check with your local post office/mail carrier. If a package is returned to me, I will send you an invoice to reship.

If you're concerned with the possibility of your merchandise getting damaged or lost during transit, please opt for the Priority Mail shipping option. It comes with insurance and you will be able to file a claim with the post office if need be.

Also if you're choosing Priority Mail for 2-day shipping, keep in mind that my processing time is still the same. But when your order makes it to the Post Office their goal is to get it to you in 2 days. 

Once I've shipped your order, there is nothing else I can do. If issues arise during the transit of your order, you will need to work with USPS to resolve them.
