SHIPPING: Getting your orders to you safely is a priority of ours. Please allow 7-10 business days to ship your order. (We normally ship out by the next business day whenever possible.)
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
USPS Priority Mail is an available shipping option. Please keep in mind that our processing time is still 7-10 business days, however once your order gets to the Post Office it is their goal to get your order to you in 1-2 days.
We typically advise allowing up to 72 hours for the carrier to update their records. Don't be alarmed if the status says "Awaiting Package" or "Pre-Shipment Info Received" as this is normal.
Please allow 20 business days from the date of shipment for your package to update and be delivered before contacting support for a replacement. USPS delivery times have sometimes been slow because of COVID.
INVALID ADDRESSES: Please make sure your address is correct- down to the apartment number. We are not responsible for orders returned/lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If an order is returned, there is a fee to reship.
If a package is returned to sender (us), we will send you an invoice to reship.
RETURNS: These items are non-refundable.
